For Rich and Ali, real estate isn’t just a profession; it’s a passion. They take immense pleasure in helping clients find their perfect home, leveraging their expertise and intimate knowledge of the area. 

Together, they own and operate Prime Country Real Estate, a family owned business specializing in marketing and selling rural properties, ranches, residential homes, and land, and are committed to delivering exceptional service and results.

 

Rich Cloutman is a Third Generation California Native with deep roots in the state. Formerly a builder and developer in Northern California, primarily as a custom home builder, Rich transitioned his focus to the rural lifestyle alongside his wife, Ali, and their two young daughters.

After an extensive five-year search, they discovered the serene beauty of Siskiyou County, ultimately settling in the picturesque town of Etna, California. Enchanted by the vast farmland and majestic mountains, they found solace in the close-knit communities of Etna, Fort Jones, Greenview, Callahan, and Yreka. In 1998, they acquired the historic “Collier Hotel,” a two-story brick establishment dating back to 1897, which they transformed into their cherished home.
